Liability Waiver, Ticket Policy & Media Release Agreement

By purchasing a ticket and participating in any class, workshop, or event hosted by Forged from Ashe Studios, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

I understand that participation in art and craft classes may involve the use of tools, materials, and equipment that carry inherent risks, including but not limited to cuts, burns, minor injuries, allergic reactions, or property damage. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

I agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Forged from Ashe Studios, its owner, instructors, employees, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, loss, damage, or harm that may occur during or as a result of participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

I acknowledge that I am responsible for following all safety instructions and for using tools and materials appropriately. Failure to follow safety guidance may increase the risk of injury.

I certify that I am physically capable of participating and do not have any medical conditions that would prevent safe participation. I agree to notify the instructor of any relevant allergies, sensitivities, or physical limitations prior to the class.

For participants under the age of 18, I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian and consent to participation under the terms of this agreement.

Ticket Policy: No Refunds & Rescheduling

All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, illness, or no-shows.

Tickets may be rescheduled to a future class date, subject to availability, with a $10 rescheduling fee per ticket. Rescheduling requests must be made prior to the scheduled class time. Failure to attend without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the ticket.

Photo & Video Release

I grant Forged from Ashe Studios permission to photograph, video record, or otherwise capture my image and/or likeness during classes or events. I understand that these images or recordings may be used for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and printed materials.

​

I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product and acknowledge that I will not receive compensation for the use of such media.
